Our Services

The  Saint Weddings offers a cinematic approach to filming your story. Saint is available to capture all moments including the ceremony, reception, rehearsal dinner, and pre-ceremony preparations dependent on the amount of time required and the package chosen.

We currently offer 3 packages based on needs we've identified from previous clients. Regardless of which package you choose, we will always capture your video in 4k and provide the raw footage either digitally or physically on a usb drive. When it comes to your wedding day, you have our full attention. Our policy is to only book one client per day. This allows us the flexibility to work additional hours and travel to multiple locations as needed.

At Saint Weddings, we know that sometimes you may want something extra or even a bit more custom. We completely understand. Reach out to us with a specific request and we can always provide you a customized quote and scope of work.

Our Process

When you first contact us, we check to see if we are available for your wedding date. We will send you a response within 24-48 hours either to schedule a time to chat or inform you of our unavailability. If all is well, we will send an agreement to the email address you provided requesting for your signature. At this point we will require our first deposit. Between then and the wedding, we will have up to two additional planning meetings to discuss shooting preferences and any other additional information that needs to be discussed. We will also have a quick check-in the week of the wedding to confirm everything is good to go. Afterwards, we will send updates of the status of your deliverables until they are complete. We like to edit our films as close to finish as possible. That way, when you see it there are only minor tweaks. A maximum of 2 revisions is included in each package. Once we are happy with the finished product we will deliver them along with the raw footage in the manner of your choosing.

Timeline of Deliverables

We try to get your wedding films back to you as quickly as possible. We understand that timing is important. We do our best to balance speed with quality, never compromising on the latter. For shorter videos like a highlight or teaser, you can expect a turnaround of anywhere between 2-4 weeks sometimes sooner. For documentaries or films, you can expect a turnaround closer to 4-8 weeks.

Schedule of Fees

Our fee starts at $3500. When booking our team for a wedding, we require 25% of the quote upfront in order to secure the date. We require 50% of the quote one month before the wedding date. The final 25% will be due the day before the wedding. You are always welcome to pay a portion of the quote before the due date. These deposits after the due date are non-refundable. Failure to adhere to our requirements could result in a cancellation of our agreement.
